Service Policies
At Ms. I Solve It Services LLC, we believe good service starts with clear expectations. Please review our policies below — and if you ever have a question, just reach out. We're happy to walk you through anything before you book.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel through the booking link in your confirmation. More than 48 hours before start: refund of the amount paid, less only permitted, actual unreturned processing fees. More than 24 hours through 48 hours: a 70% refund with no additional processing-fee deduction. At 24 hours or less: no cancellation refund; same-task, same-address rescheduling is allowed under our terms.
No separate $35 cancellation fee applies. If we cancel for dangerous weather or a business emergency, choose a reschedule or a full refund including processing fees. If we cannot provide the service, we give a full refund. Free consultations have no paid-service cancellation charge.

Travel Radius
For services requiring travel, the first 30 one-way miles from 3104 Rabbits Tail Dr, Leander, Texas 78641 are included. For destinations more than 30 but less than 35 miles away, additional mileage is $2 per mile beyond 30, one way. At 35 miles away or farther, the miles beyond 30 are charged round trip at $2 per mile. Contact us to confirm mileage, multi-stop routes, and your quote before checkout.

Service scope. Your quote or service confirmation defines the work included. Any additional scope or fees require your approval before the added work begins.
Flexible services. Ask about combined services, custom virtual-assistance hours, ongoing support and project-management options for your needs.
Availability. Same-day requests and scheduling are subject to availability and an agreed quote.
